Promoting reading through cuteness
A bear wearing a collar and red tie; a black and white cat with a green bow tie; a dog wearing a yellow-buckled belt with a yellow bow around a floppy ear; and a spectacled owl with a miniature top hat. I would’ve bought these bookmarks if they weren’t for free.
I got these from one of those plastic holders for promotional postcards and pamphlets some cafes have – not recently, mind you. These cute bookmarks were used to promote the 2011 Sydney Children’s Festival.
Going through my stuff in hope of making some room, I found small collections of such cute and interesting things I had bought or picked up for free, and promptly abandoned the making of room and moved onto the making of posts.
