Lego Head Marshmallow Pops

Lego, chocolate and marshmallow in lollipop form –
you can’t go wrong with this combination. My sister saw a photo of a Lego head marshmallow pop one weekend and next thing I knew, she was over with all the ingredients, and we were making a bunch of them.
We started off by impaling some large marshmallows on lollipop sticks, then stuck half of some small marshmallows on the larger ones using a dab of melted chocolate to get that Lego head shape. The large marshmallows were a bit long for a Lego head, but we didn’t think there was anything wrong with a little more marshmallow.
We coated the marshmallow pops in melted white chocolate we’d coloured yellow, waited for them to dry, melted some dark chocolate, and set to drawing the faces. Buoyed by how easy it was to draw smiley faces with chocolate, we moved on to draw other faces…
These would be great for kids’ parties, or for big kids who have a soft spot for Lego and all things sweet.
