A buddy of mine is going through a rough patch at the moment and it made me think of this poem by Lola Haskins:


Love

She tries it on, like a dress.
She decides it doesn't fit,
and starts to take it off.
Her skin comes, too.


Ouch!

Now that i have finally remembered to bookmark your blog, I am backtracking over some I had seen and lost my way on getting back to.

This reminded of Robin Williams saying about Divorce, in that it was like having his balls ripped out through his wallet.

I dont know about that, but I do know that not all women would shed their clothes so easily on the whims of a fickle mis~fit.
