One of the things I like about wet weather is the chance to photograph mushrooms. They’re fascinating simply for being a kind of fungi, organisms that are closer related to animals than to plants, and they are delicious but could be deadly if picked outside of a shop with an untrained eye. Mushrooms are also interesting to look at. So here are some of my photos of mushrooms and one of a bracket fungus.
