Update on James Patterson Chain Thriller, AirBorne

The first chapters of the chain thriller are now online with the 7th chapter loaded onto the Borders website today.
Regarding the actual writing of AirBorne, over half its 30 chapters have been completed. The first few chapters online are a good read. It’s quite an achievement seeing that each author only had an evening to write their chapter.
Among the writers are a few students, managers, a writer/mother of three, an actor and an acupuncturist. Each chapter comes with the writer’s profile, starting with James Patterson’s.
Bio-scientist Peter Moore uproots his family from Atlanta for a
new job in Sydney. In hope of remedying their 3 day long jet lag, Peter, his wife Lesley and 13-year-old daughter Amanda makes a late trip to Luna Park.
Amanda is abducted at the amusement park and Peter soon receives a message demanding a virus he had worked on in the US in exchange for his daughter’s life. When Lesley receives a call from a stalker she thought she’d left behind in Atlanta claiming to know about Amanda, Peter is left agonizing over how his past actions could cost him his family.
